Inside GritGreen

Good greens begin with attention.

Our protected growing environment gives the team a clear view of each crop as it develops. We monitor, harvest and prepare with one goal: send out greens we are proud to put our name on.

The growing environment

A working greenhouse, not a showroom.

The GritGreen farm is where varieties are observed, cared for and prepared for a consistent customer experience. Our photographs show the actual channels, crop rows and team work behind the brand.

We do not use “organic,” “pesticide-free,” certification or nutrition claims unless they are formally verified. What we can promise is honest information about what we grow and how an order is handled.

The work behind each order.

The team checks crop development and identifies what is suitable for the next preparation cycle.

Confirmed customer orders guide harvesting and packing preparation for the following day.

Harvest & prepare

Greens are selected, handled and packed according to the confirmed product and quantity.

Handover

The order is collected or sent for delivery with progress visible in the customer account.

The varieties behind our packs.

Our current crop story includes Red Oakleaf, Red Coral, Green Oakleaf, Romaine, Butterhead, Crispy Lettuce, Red Concord, arugula and culinary herbs including sweet basil, parsley and coriander.

The Products page separates crops from products: customers buy the prepared GritGreen packs listed there, not every individual lettuce shown on this page.

Order today. We prepare for tomorrow.

Orders are placed at least one day before the requested delivery or collection date, subject to confirmation and availability.

The crop’s journey

Small beginnings. A harvest with character.

A closer look at different moments on our farm—not a promise of a fixed growing time. Each crop develops at its own pace, with the team following its progress.
